How It Works

1. Create Team Profile

Set up your team profile with details about your organization, league, location, and current roster needs. Add your team logo and showcase your team's achievements.

2. Post Player Needs

Create detailed posts for players you need, including age group, positions, tournament dates, location, and urgency. Your posts appear in the Wanted Ads feed where players can see them.

3. Search & Discover Players

Use our advanced search to find available players by age, position, location, and availability. Browse player profiles, watch videos, and read reviews from other coaches.

4. Save to Your Bench

Add promising players to your bench (favorites) for easy access. Organize your shortlist and compare players side-by-side.

5. Message & Connect

Reach out to players directly through our secure messaging system. Schedule tryouts, discuss availability, and build your team for upcoming tournaments.

1. Create Player Profile

Build your profile showcasing your skills, positions, age group, and experience. Add photos, videos, and highlight reels to stand out to coaches and teams.

2. Post Your Availability

Let coaches know when you're available for tournaments and short-term opportunities. Update your availability calendar so teams can find you when they need you.

3. Browse Wanted Ads

Check out the Wanted Ads feed to see which teams are looking for players. Filter by age group, position, location, and tournament dates that match your schedule.

4. Show Interest

Click "Interested" on posts that match your availability and skills. This lets coaches know you're available and interested in their opportunity.

5. Get Discovered

Teams can find you through search or your profile. When a coach messages you, respond quickly to secure your spot. Build your reputation with reviews from coaches.

1. Create Trainer Profile

Set up your professional trainer profile with your certifications, specialties, training philosophy, and experience. Showcase your expertise in specific positions or skills.

2. Offer Training Services

List your training services, including private sessions, group clinics, position-specific training, and skill development programs. Set your rates and availability.

3. Get Booked by Players

Players can discover you through search and book training sessions. You'll receive booking requests and can confirm or schedule sessions that work for both parties.

4. Conduct Training Sessions

Deliver high-quality training sessions tailored to each player's needs. Track progress, provide feedback, and help players improve their skills.

5. Provide Feedback

After confirmed training sessions, provide private feedback to players and optional public reviews (with player approval). Build your reputation and attract more clients through verified reviews.
